• No outside merchandise!
• No soliciting!
• No pets!
• No filming or photography!
• Strictly no live selling or livestreaming!
• All sales final! Tickets are non-refundable, non transferable, non-replaceable. No exceptions!

Know Before You Go

• Kids Under 3 free if accompanied with a paying responsible adult (All children required to be Supervised by an Adult at ALL TIMES!)
• For entry, wristbands MUST be worn securely on your wrist. If you're unable to wear one, we're not able to grant entry!
• Once checked in, your bracelet fully intact is your paid receipt. YOU MUST KEEP IT SECURELY ON YOUR WRIST if you leave the arena/exhibit hall/lobby or the building and plan on returning, it's non-transferable & good all weekend!
• Broken/Bracelet not worn securely on your wrist/Non-valid/Lost/Cut/Stretched, Torn, Altered or Non-intact bracelet is $15.00! NO Exceptions!!!
