• Strictly no live selling or livestreaming!
• All sales are final! Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-replaceable. No exceptions!

Know Before You Go

• Kids Under 3 are free when accompanied by a paying responsible adult. (All Children required to be under adult supervision at ALL times)!
• For entry, the plastic wristband MUST be worn securely on your wrist for the entire weekend. If you're unable or unwilling to wear a plastic wristband securely on your wrist, please do not purchase a ticket-we are unable to grant entry.
• All sales are final-no refunds, no exchanges, no exceptions!!!
• Once checked in, your bracelet fully intact is your paid receipt. YOU MUST KEEP IT SECURELY ON YOUR WRIST if you leave the arena, exhibit hall, lobby or the building and plan on returning, it's non-transferable & valid all weekend!
• Any Wristband/Bracelet that is broken, cut, torn, stretched, altered, invalid, lost will require a new $15 admission fee to re-enter. No Exceptions!!!
